The course was useful and informative. A lot is common sense but I found it useful to know the protocol and I found the 'how to react' to a disclosure helpful too.
Very good. Even more for me who wears hearing aids. The subtitles are extremely useful.
The course covers all the appropriate issues, its more convenient than travelling on courses.

I did find some of it a bit repetitive, but on the whole very informative.
I thought this training was excellent.I really felt there was a very good balance of information, legislation and practical advise.It was very straight forward and did not skirt around the issue, which I have found problem with previous training with other organisations.Very well put together.

The combination of video and written summary helped me to remember all the details. It is good that the course is broken up into sections and that there are regularly questions throughout in addition to the final test.
