Question 3 seems to have 2 apparent answers to 'what should you not do .....' I noted that 'contact alleged abuser' and 'not ask leading questions' were both correct, and assumed you could tick both. However, on ticking one of my two choices (don't ask leading questions) I was immediately marked as wrong. Did I read it properly?
Constant buffering made things more difficult. Had this on two machines so assume it was not a local issue
The course was great as the videos were short and the visual aids helped my memory to retain the information. The test was great too and helps you to think before answering! All courses should follow this pattern as they are a better learning technique and powerful tool for teaching!
I found this course to be very helpful and informative, it has given me an insightinto signs of abuse in children and how to approach and deal with this difficult subject
Good Course. Easy to follow with clear guidance on how to deal with abuse issues

Moving the test to the beginning would be good so that people who passed the test could then successfully complete the course without having to spend an hour doing it. Those failing could be retested after the course. Course was very visual, requiring me to spend ages watching slow and unnecessary graphics when it could have been summed up much more succinctly in text which I find easier and quicker to absorb.
Liked that the course was in small segments so easier to take it in. Was to the point and did not go on too long for each section. Could reapeat any section if needed.
I take in information better and quicker when I'm reading. This course involved a lot of watching videos which made it very slow to do.
I especially liked the video training, rather than having to read lots of text.
