Appropriate course for all adults working with children - sections are short and easily followed - giving precise information - summary slides were invaluable in reminding of the focus.
The actual content is clear and easily understood, however the sheer volume of information to learn and remember to enable to pass the test is daunting. Also test locked before I was able to print certificate and even going back through whole course, test remained locked.

A very educational and informative course, that is a good refresher for all health-care and safeguarding practitioners, by way of a refresher and to learn best-practice overall.The slides were clear to navigate, easy to understand language, and the transcripts made it overall a user-friendly tool.Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Each section clearly laid out and defined. Very easy to follow and the test gave me opportunity show how clear the teaching is.
