As a parent and a school governor I found this an extremely accessible training course. I found the subject matter difficult in places to personally process, however the presenter continued throughout with very calm professionalism. This consistent approach allowed me to digest the salient points of the course more easily. The linked documents were appropriate and helpful too. Thank you for a excellent course.
