Very clear and informative, although a couple of questions I felt had more than one answer
The subject matter was presented in a matter-of-fact yet sensitive manner.One question has me perplexed: If harm is done to a person but it is not intentional, can it be considered abuse? The question says Yes.I thought if harm is not intentional (i.e. accidental) how can this be construed as abuse?
