General but informative.
Cause was made easy to understand
Too long/too much information for anyone to absorb. Also very repetitive (I have completed this identical training 7 times in the past 5 years, so it is very easy to become disengaged from it). It should be different each time or an 'update' for anyone who has had it recently.

This course gave a concise overview of the key points of the types of abuse and how to potentially recognise them. I have done alot of online training and I thought this provided a very useful introduction to safeguarding. I liked the graphics used as this can be difficult to show. I have a reasonable knowledge of this area but it updated and enhanced this.
the information is all given at the same pace and probably to much information too quickly and no time to process between lists, so I often had to pause and repeat. I liked I could pause and repeat though.
I am grateful for the information learned in this courses. I think this information is necessary for everybody. Thank you
