This was a very thought provoking exercise re-visiting a subject I'am very passionate about. It was full of up to date information on current Acts , Legislation and relevant government documents. It was also interesting hearing about Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) I had not heard of these before. I thought the video and test went on for just the right time for practitioners to listen to the information and take on board what the lecturer was saying . Would highly recommend this course to other Organisations.
several times the audio failed to sync with the video and had to be restarted - in one instance my answer in the test appeared to be recorded incorrectly tho it is possible that was my mistake - But the course is most useful in that it gives a comprehensive account of this vital topic, for both professionals and volunteers
The content was interesting, helpful and well delivered. By having 32 sections I was able to listen to sections a second time. It covered various new aspects and help me to think through different situations.
