I thought the course was interesting and easy to use and follow. All the information was explained clearly and thoroughly and I enjoyed the interactive parts throughout.

I believe that this training was very beneficial as it was extremely easy to follow and learn. this was due to the videos being short which meant that we could take in important parts of information from each clip. Consequently, it makes it much easier to remember and therefore learn. I believe that the only way to improve this course is to separate the test and have question after each section that we are being tested on. This means that for those who struggle to remember a lot of information at one time, they can still take in the knowledge.

I found the structure and format of the training very clear and concise, yet it still managed to cover a huge amount and with good detail. The test at the end was a great way of checking what I had learnt and reinforcing the 4 R‘S.
