It was a good refresher for a number of issues I was aware of however it did introduce me to some new issues which I was unaware of

Felt the course was very thorough. I liked the repetition as it is important to hear it again and again in order to become better observers. Would highly recommend.

Very heavy topics were presented in a clear way covering all the information necessary. Clear steps on how to safeguard made the clips really helpful.

You need to concentrate fully on the training seminar. Remembering you only get out what you put in to that extent I found it Informative and educational

Some of the questions were quite confusing particularly in relation to fostered, adopted and looked after children.

Easy to follow whilst sensitive in addressing this difficult subject

Very clearly explained, good use of visuals to get points across and easy to navigate. The course was divided into small, manageable sections and supporting literature was easy to find. It was well done.
