The course was informative and interesting. It was delivered in an easy to use format and it was easy to stay focused and engaged.

Some of the information was really useful. However, English is not my first language so it would be good to have this course delivered in British Sign Language. This also affected the questions in the assessment, some of which I could answer directy and some needed interpreted.
really good module, and the quiz at the end was a little difficult. it went into all the act's and the grey areas. it explained everything clearly and all the facts were in there. presented really well, thanks
The course was very informative and full on there was quite a lot of information for me to take in but needed to take breaks so took me bit longer to complete. There were some parts of the course I had to take my time on but all in all a very good course.
Good for all security guards and even for general purposes
