Given that this is a difficult subject - I found the videos to be informative and not too heavy. I particularly liked that it was broken down into smaller sections with short videos and some interaction.
A lot to digest, but neatly and concisely presented.
It’s very detailed which is fantastic and the videos are great to get the information across
