Each topic was covered in a user friendly & detailed way. The trainers presented & made the more un-comfortable subject matter areas of the course, easier to digest, by breaking them down into segments.
this test Increased my confidence also it reminds me about you main task:a childs mental wellbeing. I agree with this teaching style and recomend this to author Lerners.
This has been a good refresher of knowledge. It has given me an update of the procedures that need to be followed.

Part of this course did bring back bad memories, but because of the relaxing way the course runs, you can switch off and take time out which was very much needed. Excellent lecturers, easy to listen to. Thank you Denis
