Our school policy is very clearly to contact the DSL in the first instance regarding any suspicion of abuse/neglect etc. Any further action (eg report writing) should happen after that. That's the question I got 'wrong' in the test. Other than that, helpful - if somewhat harrowing - training.
Very comprehensive training, although I think the test could have been more so to reflect this

The length of it made it harder to study and pass the test but it was very informative and useful to me, so that didn't really matter.
This coarse gives you the best advice on how to deal with child abuse effectively
I rated this course a 5 as it gave me all the necessary information that I needed. I have done many other safeguarding courses but have not really covered abuse linked to faith/belief until today.
A bit long and information overload is a problem that impacts on concentration.
The course was delivered well and covered all the key points for safeguarding children with extra links included if you needed to research a topic area in more detail.
