Technical issues within the course was frustrating. The course kept stopping: stating that there was no content available though there was an internet connection. Time was consumed going back and forth between slides to reactivate the course. The test stopped (content unavailable again) and finished at question 19. Then, I received notification that I had finished the test via email! Also: the content which stated that there was a parliamentary bill pending, was outdated: The Children (Equal Protection from Assault) (Scotland) Bill came into effect in October 2019 - it is now June 2020. All that besides, I would recommend this course.
The training was very good, the lady talking on the video's went into a lot of detail, which helped me a lot.
