The video method in Part 2 worked best for me as I was able to take in much more information than the slides in Part 1. The summaries were good at the end of each section. It took me a little longer than the designated time but that is because I like to make notes along the way!! You are right to suggest to people they need to take time out after a disclosure to think about what they have just heard. The same for the training as it is quite harrowing in places. However, the amount covered is excellent.

I found that this course was informative and brought to my attention one new item that I was previously unaware of. It gave me information on how to follow up should I need further information. Excellent all round.
