very good online training course
I enjoyed this course. It was very easy to follow and the videos informative without being too wordy, the extra information was also really useful. I keep written notes which probably made the expected time taken rather longer than expected, but that's my way of learning and I can keep the notes for future reference.
I really liked the graphics and the conciseness of the learning sections. It helped to make the material accessible and interesting.
Repetition of previous courses with no real changes.
A clear and very professional presentation. Excellent use of graphics and role-play. Easy to follow, whilst at the same time suitably detailed and informative. Good support materials available for additional reading.
Bite-size, well-explained, great supporting material. They should review the test though - one of the questions/answers included a double negative (Which should they not do...Refrain from...). I found it hard to understand and English is my first language.
This Course allowed me to develop my knowledge on CSE, FGM and different types of abuse.
Great for new staff and a good reminder for those with years of experience.
