A very good course with a lot to take in. Although much of it was common sense there were some procedures and abbreviations that need familiarity .... therefore for those actually working with children experience would be crucial. As a general information course for a volunteer like myself it was useful and made me very aware of the difficulties associated with safeguarding children.

I enjoyed the course, it was easy to follow and it covered all aspects of what a Level 2 Safeguarding course should cover. It was nicely broken down into shorter sections and put together in a logical sequence which made it more engaging. I liked that additional supplied if you wanted to delve into other resources. The course covered a lot in the 60 minutes, which was just the right amount of time for this training. Video and transcription supplied.

The training was clear and concise with enough information to cover the whole range of issues concerning safeguarding. It was useful having the transcript alongside the presentation and many of the additional resources were informative for further details.

This is a huge improvement of the online safeguarding training we have had to complete in the past. The presentation is very well structured, clearly presented, visually appealing and packed with information. To the degree that I found this interesting and quite enjoyed completing it. My one criticism would be that a couple of the test questions were phrased in an unnecessarily convoluted way (double negatives etc). Surely this is not the place to test participants on their understanding of the subtleties of the English language.
