Very good course to help create awareness of what can be happening behind closed doors, how to react, how to respond and most importantly how to help the child.

I thought this training was really informative and by the end I felt that I had a good understanding of the subject matter.

I found the course easy to follow, the presenter was clear and precise. I particularly like the full transcript as I have memory issues so reading helps solidify this. Once the course is complete, it would be helpful to be able to go back to specific sections without having to watch the entire course again, especially as I am working from a laptop between clients, it is easy to hit the wrong option or forget what I have just read. All in all, content is very good.

I enjoyed this course particularly because it dealt with a lot of heavy tropics in a very well structured and succinct way and presented clearly emphasising and highlighting the important learning objectives. A bit mor control over the video playback and its link with the transcript would be useful
