This course has improved my communication and confidence, also I learned about children feelings and values, also, how we can encourage their natural, healthy development-academically, physically, socially and emotionally, also protect them from risks, victim, victimize and harm. Also creating a trusting relationships with children and their hopes, fears and encourage their development to help them achieve. This will create a successful future. It is important to understand their personal "privacy, dignity, 'Right to Life' and protect them from discrimination.

It was really good to have the course delivered via short video clips.

Really useful in the fact that it formalises what is essentially basic common sense and observation.

This course was very thorough using clear and easy to understand information. It was broken down into sections to make the procedures of recognising, responding, recording and reporting simple to follow. A great way of reminding us all what we should be looking out for and doing to ensure our children are safe.

This was a very informative and comprehensive course. Even though I have completed safeguarding training before I found this to be the most detailed course on this area.

I enjoyed following this training, because even if many things are just common sense, some of the information given are a plus, regarding the law and the records procedures, for instance.
