your times shown to complete each task aren't a true reflection on how long it will take to complete the task i kept up quite well for a dyslexic person and we can only go as fast as the video's permits us to, for each task i set a stop watch but even though i kept up well all my times went over your stated times, there's no allowance to read the additional course, back track or retake question if needed,
The videos run at a good pace for being able to take in the information. I particularly liked the summary at the end of each section.
The content is good and well explained. But for an occasional volunteer with contact of less than 20 hours over a school year this is over detailed (ie 10% of my total contact time) and is focussed too much on staff who have regular and significant contact. There needs to be a much simpler and focussed course for volunteers.
I enjoyed the course and was pleased with the supplementary information and content.
The course is fundamental for safeguarding however in the changing world and the areas that the Academy supports it would be helpful to have a more tailored course that highlights the procedures in the authority in which the school sits. Especially as for example in Derbyshire the local authority has changed there way of delivering early help and this has had an impact on school and the requirements for them to deliver early help.
Well structured and presented. Thought rather lengthy and crammed with far too information in some of the sections. Liked the summary at the end of each section.

Care needed with the way some questions are phrased, double negatives take disentangling! The course is very good, but to do in one sitting the number of different videos is disrupting.
