Held my attention. Lots of clear information and a few new bits that I leaned.
I have done similar training a few years ago and there is always something new to learn
Straight forward with only the information needed. Videos did not go on for longer than necessary and the information was delivered in a simple and easy to understand way. The woman had a voice that was relaxing and held my concentration and was very professional in the way she delivered the information.
The virtual training was very useful.
This is well done, it gets the message across in a clear and informative way. I really liked the presenter. The issue I had with it was ‘follow your gut’ for two reasons - following your gut is deeply subjective - you should follow the signs and two I don’t have a large intestine so displaying one repeatedly is quite triggering for me and not very inclusive. It just seemed to be a unnecessary idea.
I thought the course was very detailed ,covered alot of information and advice and what to do etc.Worth doing.
