Appropriate for the level

As a very experienced Children and Family SW I tend to see things even though now retired at a complex level and was concerned that I would over complicate the course. I managed to avoid this as much as possible and having spoken to other Governors concluded the course was useful and as a refresher to me. It was clear and comprehensive. Thank you

Very interesting

Found it all very comprehensive and informative .

Easily understood. Confronted issues.

Very unpleasant and repulsive subject was addressed directly and honestly. Infinitely more confident in my relationships with younger clients.

Very easy to follow and interesting.

The training is very simple and concise. It is interesting and works well visually too. It has a good pace and I liked that I could pause it when I needed to take a break to digest information. I enjoyed the extra reading resources as well.

Professionally presented

I thought the material was well presented - very clear and accessible.

Course presentation was good.

This on line course was packed full with lots of interesting information about Safeguarding.

Could do better.

Although the content suffices the subject of safe guarding I feel it would be extremely useful to either have a note section or advice to make notes as the test was based on memory and other knowledge. The Human Rights Act was not mentioned in the training video but it was a question. Also the question about what NOT to do regarding disclosure of abuse had two possible answers as the training video said NOT to ask leading questions but it did not say NOT to confront the abuser.I also feel that it wouldn’t be accessible for the Deaf community as there wasn’t in in-vision interpreter or English for the HOH audience.

Repeated quite a bit

There were a couple of slides that were too dark, I understand why they were done that way, but so dark I strained to see the content.
