The course is very clearly presented. The explanations are to the point and in a very understandable English language. The pictures shown have been well thought and they don't take your mind away from the point they are making.
Best online training I have completed, very well presented, informative, relevant and comprehensive.
Took me much longer than one hour to complete, very good information some which I had never heard about so I needed to listen twice, some was very obvious but to highlight and bring to the front of our minds is very helpful.

The presenters conveyed the learning material in a clear manor. The course, although distressing is necessary. The content was vast, however concise enough to be comprehensive.
Very informative and seemingly up to date. A small point is that the female teacher’s outfit is not really appropriate..the skirt is very short.
Good sections, detailed information given and good examples given through pictures/images.
I gained a lot more confidence in working with young people and whom to contact should I need to access help for any of them. The info is up-to-date and very well presented. The additional info and supporting texts are very helpful guides to accessing the right info for the right situation....of which there are many!
