Safeguarding children training course will be very helpful for me working in the library as a customer service assistant.
I had previously completed a level 1 certificate in Safeguarding with another provider but I found that this course was significantly better. The content was useful, pitched to the right level and had the correct amount of information without feeling overloaded at the end. The advice was practical and I feel the training gave me the confidence to deal with any future concerns I may have. Thank you.
