Excellent

Very, very useful all info. So very, very happy about all courses. Easy to understand, nice explanations.

The course was very good

The course was really informative and broken down into easy-to-manage sections, this helps especially with the nature of some of the topics.

Well put together

First reaction - Way too involved and wide-ranging for any zoo person except the education team. But young volunteers do tend to talk freely while eg mucking out, so there is a case for this. However, it is very wide-ranging - FGM, Islam, breast binding - maybe split the course in two, deal with the sadly common abuse in the first course, and the wider reaches in the second / refresher. But it dealt with the central message clearly enough. Listen carefully, don't get into a confidentiality trap, tell your boss the basic, unprobed, facts.

Very comprehensive.

As an invigilator, with short-term brief encounters with students aged at least 17, I felt this course was rather too much. I dare say that you are required to have us all take the course, but much of it was irrelevant as we have no prior interaction with the students. I found some of the content quite disturbing.

An excellent course

Excellent course although it was a bit daunting navigating through all the ancillary options.
