Clear concise content with good visuals.
The topic was covered very thoroughly with the additional materials giving extra, more detailed information as appropriate. I did not feel as if I was being talked down to. One thing that I was rather concerned about was a member of staff being alone with a girl, or boy, when very personal things are being discussed. This could lead to accusations being made by unscrupulous young people. Even visiting examiners for foreign language oral examinations have to have a chaperone in the room to protect the integrity of both the examiner and the candidate. My wife has been involved with this.

The course was very informative with a few updated things I've not seen since having to do these courses year on year.
Concise, informative and educational.
Easy to follow and understand. I like the additional resources that are attached to each section. I enjoyed this course and found it a useful refresher.
