The course was clear, concise, easy to follow and navigate around. Working on a busy reception, it enabled me to pause the training when necessary and pop in and out of the course as often as I wished with no pressure. A positive experience.
I'm so pleased I did this course as I thought I was aware of all types of abuse. But i wasnt and I'm now better equipped with more information. Thank you
