A very well structured course. It is very clear and explicit with nothing held back. It outlines the risks and issues in the world of the vulnerable - of all ages. Each of the 33 sections are very well explained. In some ways seeing so many issues explained is quite depressing. So it provided me with a reality check. The process of disclosure with the video clips is clearly laid out. Plus the fact that your gut instinct and observation of situations are fundamental, plus active listening.

The course used very helpful graphics and interactive questions throughout. It covered the harrowing sections of abuse factually, without discrimination and clearly relevant to anyone looking to protect young people.
