Clearly delivered and informative training with a lot of additional links to support the learning.
i have really enjoyed this training, although the topic is not pleasant. the shortness of each topic was enough to hold my interest where i then felt like i had really learnt from it rather than it feeling like a tick box exercise.

Nice improvement on design. Overload in 30 minutes long module could be reduced through the use of some kind of graphic organiser, reduction in resources and referring to resources can can be used to help remember when this actually occurs. The automated email at the end could include a job aid to help me remember.
A huge quantity of important information is presented in a way that retains interest and relevance. Whilst the subject is serious, and potentially emotive, it is delivered in a non sensational and empowering way. There are only a few opportunities for minimal interactive engagement, more could be helpful.
Precise, detailed, informative, easily understandable, speakers clear in explanation. Very good use of video/diagrams.
Questions 9 and 12 demand wrong answers. The 4 R's put recording and reporting in a different order. Q. 16 - refrain is also a necessary response.
A lot of information to take in but it is presented well with clear visuals.
