I found the course easy to follow, and the fact that it was in chunks was great, so I could take a short break to process the information between sections. I would just like my name to be spelled correctly on my certificate please!

Really enjoyed was a refresher course.
Clear guidance provided with resources available to confirm or enhance understanding, not too lengthy, Felt informed and more confident once course completed.
The test was useful and learnt alot from it. However there was a question and I have selected my multiple choice and then the answer was in audio with no subtitles so I do not know if I am correct which I rely on lipreading to get confirmation.
It gave me useful information and guidance on how to report record information if I suspect any wrong doing with a child
