As I commented on Level 1, this training was detailed and direct. Fine if one is a professional, has completed training in groups and supported by colleagues. Also, very necessary. BUT, for a first time volunteer going into their child's primary school to listen to readers or help with Swim Patrol etc it is overwhelming and, in my opinion (retired teacher/nurture practitioner) such training would be better delivered in person where questions can be asked and answered appropriate to the setting.

The Level 2 Safeguarding Children Training was easy to access and very clearly explained. The detail and information was presented helpfully and in short, easy to understand and follow sections. I liked the opportunity given to pause and restart the training at any point if needed and the pace of the teaching was good. I found the review slide at the end of each part helpful and I appreciated the additional resources and links to connect to and download. The course prepares you well for the test at the end and gives you confidence in your answers.
