A professional, easy to understand training course
This course has really intrigued me it was so interesting and useful I’m so glad I have done this and it’s educated me so much

Opens one mind as to the challenges being experienced by people both management and employees
Great course. I thought the content was very useful and comprehensive without being full of excessive information and it was delivered in a really clear way (as with all your training videos). I really liked some of the animations and acting "skits" - held my attention to the video without being too corny. Nice that you can pick it up later if you can't watch it all in one go.
Made me conscious of the problems children all over the world are facing its distressing to think what they have to go through
