I actually read the UCC policies before I started the exam, which took quite awhile. The exam itself was straight forward and easy to follow, I made a couple of mistakes possibly due to tiredness doing the ewa am late at night, but feel it was very well worth doing and I’ve learnt a lot.

This is one of the best safeguarding trining courses I have completed. The presenters were very good at delievering the course material and I found it really helpful not to have to watch graphic representtions of the types of abuse, also there were some new areas of abuse that I wasn't so familiar with eg child exploitation and child criminal exploitation
I found I learnt a lot about the different types of child protection and how best to safeguard children and young people.
The course was good I liked that it was in video format but watching video after video soon started to get a bit disengaging, more questions throughout might have been good.
A job well done.
