Although I have knowledge about safeguarding this has helped me challenge what I did know or didn't know.I have gained more knowledge and confidence

well presented and very good explanations on the topics covered in the course

I found the course very informative and easy to work through. I do think it takes longer than the time indicated to allow for note taking as there doesn't appear to be course notes to keep. My only criticism would be that once you've completed a video you can't fast forward and rewind through it freely to watch sections again. You have to watch the entire video before you can move back to where you are. I enjoyed working through it and look forward to the next part.

The course was a good refresher. It wasn't too long and that fact that it was online meant that I could complete it at my own pace at a suitable time. The information was concise, wasn't too long and provided all the relevant information.

The training was informative & gave me the information needed to pass the test.However I expected the process to take just over an hour and it took me two.

It was very well laid out and easy to understand.The videos in particular were very interesting.

I had ro complete this course tonight ahead of starting a job tomorrow morning at last minute. I didn't think I'd 1) manage to get through in 1 evening and 2) Stay engaged enough to remember at the end of the test as I have ADHD an struggle with attention in them situations in particular. But the course was informative and not too drawn out ... got to the point. Handling tricky subjects well. Great job guys.
