This was a very detailed and lengthy course, but covered all the areas in such a vast and important topic. The course was easy to follow, informative and engaging. I really enjoyed this course.
I liked how if I got a question wrong, the option to choose to go back to relevant content was there. Content was very good. Although I got a bit confused over asking or not asking leading questions as in the video it said it's okay to ask leading questions such as when did it happen or where but not leading questions such as how did it make you feel.
I found the course excellent; easy to use the website and made easy to understand
