The course is designed for those looking after children eg: carers, teachers etc. Far too much irrelevant information for someone just working on site.
The only item I can suggest is to compile all the additional documents etc into one downloadable PDF so that the learner can make reference later for refresher. I would suggest that this is dated as per the year so that a new version is available each subsequent refresher course. Perhaps an additional checklist available to employer centre so that they can be prompted to supply all the follow up information eg DSL name(s), Policy locations; external contacts for that centre/employer. Other than that, very worthwhile.

There was a great deal of information to take in, some of which was delicate/upsetting. Consequently I suggest staggering the test questions over the training course, thus enabling more time to process the facts.

The "lady from the office" in the video is inappropriately dressed! Wearing that short skirt and exposing her body in general is something not right at all in a educational material like this. Please, take notes of the above. Thank you.

This course was extremely useful for my role as a teacher in a NAS school.
It was too long process quite lit to remember before test so took long time to complete
I enjoyed doing the survey and as I work around children found this very important .
