A comprehensive and extensive training module. Some of the multi-choice answers seemed obvious but others gave food for thought. Overall I think the training was a vital piece of pre-practitioner work, giving clear direction and examples regarding the 4 basic areas of Recognise, Respond, Record and Report.

I have rated this course highly because it gets straight to the point dealing with all the information you need to know without using any jargon or unnecessary language.

Very good course the 4 R’s is a great way to remember what to do if we are in this situation.

Well-presented course in bite-size chunks, with logical flow, and delivered modularly to allow participants to be able to re-visit elements or pause and take things in their own time. Easy to follow, with excellent presenters and very helpful background and reference material.

It would of been really good is I was a teacher or TA or someone that works with children close but as I'm a school cleaner and the children would have gone home it was pointless and time consuming for me to have done it,but I did it.
