Informative and interesting. A good refresher for anyone in childcare.
Course excellent.. covers subject in a very thorough way but does not overload you with material. Opportunity to read / research further with useful additional information. Presenters clear and friendly in their approach. Thank you.

Everything was explained well. The questions were fair but there were 2 questions where not one answer would have been correct I thought. Unfortunately with abuse things are not often clear cut as this was plained by the trainers
A very good course, concise sections, easy to follow and stay focused. Some of the abuse mentioned is rather distressing to think that it happens in this day and age, but good to be made aware of what is happening.
A good course but too much detail for invigilators who only visit the school for a couple of hours at a time during exam periods. Once again we should have had an explanation of what was expected of us and why.

If I was to be honest, I found just a couple of the questions a tiny bit confusing and could be taken to mean something else, apart from that the presentation was excellent.
