Enjoyed this refresher on a difficult subject. Very well presented and not to long.

Easy to understand and remember

This is an excellent course clearly explained with good diagrams and acted scenarios. I liked the fact that there was a break after each section to absorb what you have been told.

Necessary information was given clearly and without any fussy add ons. The use of non emotional language was very helpful in what is always a very emotive training area.

Could do with being split up into bite size pieces, to allow time to take it all in. Very informative though

Very comprehensive course with good back up references. Nicely paced and clear presentation by those in the videos.

This training was easy to follow from start to finish, and was informal. I have done many eLearning's (with a different company), and this was far the best.The use of different visuals was appealing as it kept me captured throughout, and the summary at the end of each part was good to retain the information more.Being able to download extra resources is very helpful, because I can refresh my knowledge offline, when ever I want to. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

The course covered all aspects of safeguarding children. It was clearly presented with helpful additional resources in each area. All aspects were clearly described and I felt well informed as a result. The course made how to respond and report very clear which was reassuring. I would recommend

The course seemed as though it would be long winded but being broken it to small bite size parts made it very manageable and easier to digest, the presenters spoke well and the information and quiz have given me confidence in this subject moving forward.
