It was great that is was in video format, it made it easy to understand, learn and retain the information. Although I had a good idea of safeguarding reporting previously, I've still come away feeling a lot more confident I could accurately report any issues.
I've worked with young people for many years, as a volunteer youth leader, and a lot of the information was already known to me but I DEFINITELY gained some NEW knowledge. Thank you.
