Presentation from all was excellent and delivered well. The time it took to watch, read and understand was not onerous, it seemed to go quickly as it was presented so well.
Safeguarding Children Training Course helped and trained us to protect people’s general wellbeing and human rights, permitting individuals to live free from abuse and neglect. It helped us to improve our communication skills, particularly how to communicate with children. Indeed, establishing trust plays an important role in ensuring a child feels comfortable enough to speak to a staff member about abuse or neglect.
I would liked to have had the choice of using subtitles in the videos as I'm hard of hearing and therefore miss words out.
