I found the course very useful. It was informative and used helpful language rather than 'jargon'.

I have always found Ihasco on line training to be clear, to the point and very relevant, explaining legalities, duty of care and so on as appropriate. My one gripe is that every time I complete a course, there is frequent buffering which either slows down the starting time or interrupts the progress of the course itself, generally making the run time longer than estimated by several minutes.

Would benefit from being able to read transcript and then progress.

Enjoyable and informativeThe test was a bit frustrating as only got one or two wrong then had to repeat again but i guess that what helps to retain the information.

I found the course very detailed.

Might be improved if the questions were distributed between sections, as it is a lot to take in.
