Great training all around, speakers look very professional and the training is really well put together
The course went into great detail, with extra sections and information to help you along the way, there was also a very good test at the end ,to assess that you had been watching and listening correctly, and taken in all the information that was provided.

The information about forms of abuse is a bit full on. Lots of horrible words being spoken at you - becomes difficult to properly take it in. Maybe add a break or section it into more digestible chunks. The what to do bit was good.
The course was well presented and clear and easy to understand. Perhaps more flowcharts and visual aids would be useful for future reference or as a prompt, as most people forget a lot of the content or the process after the course.

Good informative course. I thought it was a little too intense and needed to take a break. Very relevant for my role.
