One comment - the option to make notes on an additional sheet does not fully line up with the slide numbers. The sheet to prepare notes on only starts at slide three, and there are some slides in the presentation that do not have a box on the notes form.

The course is interesting but I question the level of detail in stage 2 as being appropriate for all staff in a local authority which is what we have here. That has nothing to do with iHasco but perhaps there's room for a slimmed down version appropriate to those who have no direct contact with members of the public.
