Despite continuous listening of the content.it still keeps its main focus of relying the message across in a fluent and efficient manner.I found the summary of each unit at the end very useful as it helped me to answer questions in the test.

Although the subject matter is extremely important, the training takes longer to complete than is necessary for me. Most of the important knowledge comes towards the end especially about what to do, so I feel there is a little too much detail about signs to look for and the different types of abuse, some of which feels repetitive and could be condensed. I did learn a lot from it, but around the middle I was tempted to give up and work on developing my materials for students rather than continue.
The course gave clear instruction and information regarding all forms of abuse, how to spot the signs and what to do if the situation arises. The reporting process was outlined well and the overarching message to trust your gut increases your confidence to tackle any issues of abuse that you feel may be happening.
