This training course was torture. Short, monotonous monologues that could have been read independently from the transcripts and absorbed in a fraction of the time.

Safeguarding is imperative for everyone to understand regardless of job role. A lot of information over many slides were provided that was very informative. Understanding how to go about a safeguarding disclosure from a student was helpful because not all safeguarding training materials go into depth as iHASCO did.

This form of training beats reading a lenghty document that you sign at the end. What I like about this training is the watching, listening and being truly educated regarded the issue. This is then followed up with a questionnaire to check and ensure your understanding of the subject matter with the ability to go back and repeat if you wish or need to. I rate and prefer this form of training!

The material was presented in an easy to follow format. Although there was a lot of information it was broken down into small sections, and as each one was summarised it helped make the learning easier. It was very easy to work through the material - there were no risks of missing any of the sections.

Covered all main topics clearly and understandably. Extra information provided also really useful.
