a clear and precise course that even I could understand.
The trouble with safeguarding training is it fails to account the previous knowledge of the trainee. However, this is a useful refresher and the video format is clear and engaging. The middle section is quite gruelling but necessary in terms of knowing all the dreadful things that can happen to children. The test is fair and accessible and tests realistic things you would need to know.
May a suggest that the speakers wear a microphone at times it was hard to hear what was said. Even more so as I am hard of hearing. Only a little suggestion. All information on the screen was excellent.
