Easy to understand worthwhile course
Quite a long course but worthwhile
As you progress through the slides you go back and review previous ones, but then you can’t then go back to where you were , this is very frustrating and time consuming having to rewatch slides already viewed.
It is for each and everyone to be open minded to seeing how a child is, behaver changes have a reasons and necessary for use to trust out gut to what action we need to take or not.

An excellent course which I completed and I learnt a lot of new and valuable information which will can be very helpful and important in my line of work.

an hour is long enough to take this course in your own time at work. no time or pay is given to complete the course. it is however interesting and informative.
This has been more informative and useful than any inserts on the subject I have attended previously. A course which should be statutory for all employees working with children.
