This course is very detailed in what you need to be awere of with in child abuse and sexualy adult and other forms of abuse it is clearly written and explains all protocols and procedures that should be taken to keep a child safe
I am really helpful in doing this course “Safeguarding Children (Level 2)”. Now I am able to know and learn many things to protect a child’s physical safety and emotional well-being. I know that, what to do, how to do it, whom to talk to, and why my actions are vital to children’s safety. if anybody wants to work or contact with children as part of their job role including volunteering, they must have to do this course. Safeguarding needs to have a child-centered approach with the well-being of the child at the heart of every action we take and every decision we make. A good motto to go by is right service, right child, right time. I also learn about safeguarding Responsibilities, Legislation, A child’s rights, Policies, Procedures & DSLs, A child’s health and usual character, Parent/career health, Recognizing, Common warning signs, Physical abuse, Emotional abuse, Neglect, Domestic abuse, responding, recording, reporting and many more which is very essential to know for contact with children. I am really very glad to get the opportunity for this valuable course.

This covered all of the necessary components of safeguarding and the content was very good, however I gave it 3 stars because the videos kept restarting so I wasn't able to answer the questions very easily at the end of each section and often there were two videos playing at once and it was hard to restart or pause - this also meant I was not able to see the end of section summary for many sections.
Excellent training, a good pace with very good visual aids to support the information. Would recommed this course to a friend. Thank you.
