Clearly presented. All the core/ key information is there. I think if it was possible to have case studies or references to real life cases, while it is hard hitting people need examples to empathise and see the importance of this is practice so staff don't see it as irrelevant to them and dismiss the crucial need for the training.
Very informative, although I found it a struggle to take in all of the information.
